“We are a family business and treat our guests like family. Our food and drink menus are constantly changing, so come on in and see what’s new!”
– Colin & Sam Dillon, Owners

With a small business loan from SEED, Colin and Sam Dillon, the husband and wife team behind the success of Dillon’s Local, were able to purchase the building in which their restaurant currently operates. Combining the atmosphere of an Irish Pub with the flare of a locally-sourced, upscale menu, Dillon’s Local is popular with tourists and locals alike.

Guests can choose from a wide variety of appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees that include calamari, pulled pork carnitas, bourbon steak tips, gourmet pizzas, and other pub favorites. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 11;30 am to 1:00 am and on Sunday from 10:00 am to 1:00 am, and often hosts live entertainment for guests to enjoy with their meals. Visit their website.
