The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Massachusetts District Office has announced its Small Business Week award winners ahead of National Small Business Week (May 3–9, 2026).

Among the 2026 honorees, SEED is proud to recognize and celebrate Lisa Holmes, Senior Vice President and Lending Team Leader at SEED, who has been named the 2026 Financial Services Champion of the Year.

With more than 24 years of dedicated service to SEED and the small business communities it serves, Lisa has made a significant impact by consistently championing small business success and expanding access to capital. Her expertise and commitment have helped countless entrepreneurs navigate the lending process and grow their businesses.

Lisa is also widely recognized for her leadership in training and education. She frequently provides SBA 504 loan training for banks and lenders and plays a key role in ensuring SEED’s partners and staff remain informed on program updates and best practices.

Lisa’s dedication, expertise, and passion for supporting small businesses make her truly deserving of this recognition, we are grateful for her continued leadership and impact.
