Giusto is Newport's newest "freestyle Italian" restaurant. Owner and chef Kevin O'Donnell created the concept to bring together the authenticity of Italian cuisine and the wide array of Rhode Island's many culinary specialties. The end result is a unique dining experience that blends tried-and -true traditions with modern flair and creativity.

Giusto serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunches, offering appetizers, plates, desserts, and a wine menu customers will not find anywhere else. The restaurant's wine program will feature smaller wine producers, with a particular focus on Italian wines as well as Natural and BioDynamic wines. Giusto will also offer selections from local craft breweries.
