"Marine Imaging Technologies started in 2010 in a small rented space with a few small cameras for making underwater films and a dream of someday moving into a facility that could house all the dreams and ambitions of a new fledgling company. Marine Imaging was built up organically and by 2022 after tripping over the boxes stacked up in all corners of the shop the need for a new space was palpable - but the commercial market was exorbitant and the deposits required kept commercial property out of reach. Working with SEED changed the calculus by allowing Marine Imaging to buy a commercial space for a much lower initial investment and has given us the room to grow the business and hire several new employees almost immediately." - Evan Kovacs
